Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gm sem ki phali


  • 50 gm pea


  • 2 big size potatoes


  • 1 onion


  • 5 garlic cloves


  • 1 tbs coriander powder Salt Oil


  • 1 tsp Chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp sabji masala


  • 1 tbs roasted besan


  • 1/2 tsp jeera seed


  • 1/2 tsp musturd seeds

Directions

  • Chopped the onion, peel and cut the potatoes in cubes, cut the sem ki phali into 1 cm,
  • Heat the oil on medium flam in a pan, add asafoetida, jeera, mustard seed let them sizzle
  • Add chopped onions let them translucent,add turmeric powder then add all the veggies,
  • Add roasted besan,daniya powder, salt, mix well
  • Make a red paste by using red chilli powder, garlic and 1/2 tsp oil with the help of mortar
  • Add this paste in veggies mix well and cook veggies till the get soft
  • Add garam masala and kitchen king masala, cook for 2 mint than serve with roti or parath
