Chopped the onion, peel and cut the potatoes in cubes, cut the sem ki phali into 1 cm,
Heat the oil on medium flam in a pan, add asafoetida, jeera, mustard seed let them sizzle
Add chopped onions let them translucent,add turmeric powder then add all the veggies,
Add roasted besan,daniya powder, salt, mix well
Make a red paste by using red chilli powder, garlic and 1/2 tsp oil with the help of mortar
Add this paste in veggies mix well and cook veggies till the get soft
Add garam masala and kitchen king masala, cook for 2 mint than serve with roti or parath
